The key to success is knowledge and hard work

Y.gif (2023 bytes)ou deserve an experienced agent who has knowledge of the local market. They should have established a positive working relationship with other professionals in the field. They should have an excellent reputation.

I have achieved all of that, and I have a proven track record of quality, professional service to my clients.

"I don’t just list homes, I get them sold."

I’ve been in Real Estate since January 1985, and I can get better exposure for your home, because of my many business contacts.

"I will work hard to solve your special needs".

ellers, as an experienced agent, I attend training programs that continually update me on the latest techniques of how to sell your home quickly, for the most money, and with the least amount of inconvenience, no matter what the market conditions.

uyers, I know that the search for the property to match your particular needs is not always easy. My expertise and knowledge of this market can guide you to the best available home that meets your needs, and that will also make a good investment for you.

"Your satisfaction is the bottom line".

ffinity programs….. I’m sometimes asked if I take part in affinity programs such as the Cosco, or some insurance companies who offer rebates to their members. There are a few things that you need to understand about these programs. Of course this is not some altruistic exercise on the companies part, but a way for them to make more money. The agent has to agree to give up anywhere from 35% to 50% of their commission in order to participate in the program. The buyer or seller typically will receive somewhere between 10% and 22% rebate. Long after you have forgotten about your bargain price, you will remember what the bargain service was like.

One of the areas in which I excel is in negotiating. I can just about guarantee you’ll put money in your pocket, with me working on your side.
