The majority of my real estate transactions are in Arlington and Fairfax Counties.  Fairfax County covers Alexandria, Falls Church, Reston, Springfield, Tyson’s Corner, Annandale, Burke, Centreville, Chantilly, Great Falls, Herndon, McLean, and Vienna. For those with an interest in the Loudoun, Stafford and Prince William County areas, I've sold a number of homes in those communities too.

Northern Virginia places a high priority on the curriculum of its schools. This is the vein that flows through all of Virginia’s schools. As a result, the percentage of graduates who continue on to a higher education is extremely high in both Arlington and Fairfax County School Systems. Among the many exceptional schools is the nationally renowned Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.  In addition, there are numerous top rated private and parochial schools. Virginia is home to many excellent colleges as well. The choices are definitely here in Northern Virginia.

In my opinion, Virginia is one of the loveliest areas of the country. Springtime is absolutely breathtaking! Everything is lush and green with yards full of blooms. Each season is an adventure. On the whole, the weather is very pleasant and the ocean is less than three hours away.

It doesn't matter what your tastes in foods are, it is here.  Ethnic restaurants abound. There are numerous choices from a large variety of "cheap eats" to some of the nations best restaurants. This being part of the metropolitan area, there is fine dining in Virginia, Washington D. C., or Maryland, all within a few minutes from home.

There are so many things to see in the vicinity. The Kennedy Center, theatre, symphony, Community Theater, dinner theater, opera, concert halls, museums from art to the Smithsonian and much more are all part of the package. There is truly something for everyone. We have amusement and water parks, within a short drive, which means fun for all ages. For the sports enthusiasts, the metropolitan area is home to the Washington Redskins, as well as the Wizards. The Baltimore Orioles’ Camden Yards are not far away.  In addition, there are bike trails, campgrounds, lakes, both private and county health centers and a wealth of Civil War sites.

Whether you work in the city or in another county, traffic does not have to be a problem. You can take advantage of working "staggered hours", the policy of many area companies. If you prefer not to drive, the area offers an extensive array of public transportation from the Metro Subway System, the Metro public bus system and the Virginia Railway Express. This link gives you information on public transportation.

I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. I really will listen to what you have to say.  Either phone me, or send me an E-mail  I answer my e-mail quickly, usually within hours.
