I list and sell homes in Arlington County, Fairfax County, Loudoun County and Prince William County.   Basically  I sell homes all over Northern Virginia.  When working with a buyer, I only work as a buyers agent to find you a home.

I have worked with many of the military who are relocating to work at the Pentagon, and of course civilians as well as government employees.  I really enjoy working with first time home buyers.

My "Calculator" button on the left will  give you access to  information on financing, and what different loans will cost you.  You may be surprised to find out what you can afford.  However, I do not recommend that you go to maximum amount that you would qualify for.  You can't just live and work to pay your mortgage.  You should have money to live on, pay your bills, and of course you should have enough to take a break and enjoy yourself too.

Internet loan companies do not have a good reputation when it comes to following through with their promised low rates and loan costs.  I'm in touch with thousands of agents across the country via a listserver.  I have yet to hear of someone who was happy with an Internet loan company.  These people know you won't recommend them to your friends, and they live far enough away from you that you are not going to confront them in their office when they increase your interest rate, and add outrageous loan fees.  I work with four different loan officers who have competitive rates, and are very honest.  I do not get any kind of incentives from the loan officers I work with.
